Equinox Industries Ltd warranties it containers against defects in materials and workmanship. All containers manufactured in the Company’s factory located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, will perform according to the Equinox specifications.
In the event that a container proves defective, during the first year, it shall be replaced free of charge (F.O.B. Winnipeg, Canada) or repaired, this option will be at the discretion of Equinox Industries Ltd.
Each subsequent year thereafter shall be amortized as follows: the second year at 20% of the selling price, the third year at 40% of the selling price, the fourth year at 60% of the selling price and the fifth year at 80% of the selling price. Permission must first be obtained from Equinox Industries in written format. Labor costs, transportation and/or all other extraneous costs will be reviewed on a case by case basis, with no precedent to follow
